4J Studios has also revealed their desire to continually raise the overall map height and width of the Xbox One and Playstation 4 versions of Minecraft with time as a result of future title updates.  If the developer can find a way to always improve world sizes in this manner than the same menu option to enlarge the map is going to be employed for this purpose as well.
